According to the error you are defining WP_CACHE as true somewhere (maybe in wp-config.php?). This way WordPress is looking for a file that doesn’t exist in default installation. Disable it and the error will be gone. You can also create an empty file advanced-cache.php in wp-content/ directory if you are unable to find WP_CACHE

You can not just copy the whole file and replace. you have to see the changes and change those code only. Revert back to the old file.. will solve the problem for now.
The source of the problem was unchanged (or shall I say, “adjusted”) wp-config.php file in the site’s directory. The DB-name and DB-username there where both outdated. I changed them to the new ones and than I ran the command successfully.
