Make sure you remove any java.exe, javaw.exe and javaws.exe from your Windows\System32 folder and if you have an x64 system (Win 7 64 bits) also do the same under Windows\SysWOW64. If you can’t find them at these locations, try deleting them from C:\ProgramData\Oracle\Java\javapath.
I want to thank @almas-shaikh for this answer. His comment made me check over C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_71\jre\bin and see that there was no java.dll library file inside that directory. My best bet is there is an issue here: It would appear some uncaught exception occurred and propagated up to the actual ClassLoader attempting to load the class. We would need a stacktrace to confirm this though. Either that or it occurred when creating PropHolder.prop static variable.

The error is simply used to indicate a division where the denominator is of 0 value, e.g. your data somehow contains incorrect values, for example you try to take the square root of negative numbers, or 1/a where a (which is an array) contains zeroes.
