Taxonomy Category category.php not working

For a custom taxonomy named Location (p.s. you may have issues with a capitalized slug), per the Template Hierarchy, the taxonomy archive index template file is taxonomy-{taxonomy}.php, or taxonomy-Location.php (note capitalization).
