Seems my form was using some value from the namespace of wordpress. If this problem happens to you, check what id/names you give to your inputs. If it’s too general, it might conflict.
This is not exactly a WordPress question, because you made an error in your form. Try adding name=”idea-outline” to your textarea, and you should be fine.
Could you be more specific on the “when a new term/tag has been added” part? Are you doing it yourself, as in you call the backend through admin-ajax.php and update the front-end accordingly?
