Echoing Shortcode content inside the loop

You need to use do_shortcode built in WordPress function as shown below:

if ($like_status) { 
  echo do_shortcode('[fb_fans]'); 
} else {  
  echo do_shortcode('[fb_nonfans]'); 
}
