How to do a custom bookmarks post type?

This is how i would go about it:

• Website Title – Post title.
• Website URL – custom field.
• Website Description – post content (editor).
• Bookmark Tags – custom taxonomy.
• Screenshot image – Post thumbnail.

Seems simple enough.
