I’m not sure if it can be done with posts, but if you’re using pages, you can use a template called page-id.php where id is the page id of your track car page. The template hierarchy can help you.

Well it looks like you are using theme that doesn’t have custom menu supporting code inside post and category templates. The file you included in your question is a custom page template, and would never be used by WordPress to render the single-post view of a blog post. I’ve never used the theme, but the code seems to show that there is an option to hide the title. Line 23 of https://github.com/simplethemes/skeleton_wp/blob/master/skeleton/loop-page.php shows post meta for hidetitle. Look for a checkbox on the edit page maybe?
