You can use wp all export to export posts, change content. Them import them back with wp all import. Use update existing post option and chose to unique ID to be post title and to update only content field.. So it will find post with same title, it won’t change it and just update content.

Custom CSS contents are kept as separate post type named custom_css. Say, for theme named Simple Life, post entry would be simple-life for post title and post slug. CSS are kept under post_content. So, database table you should be looking for is wp_posts.

Found it. It was a field in phpMyAdmin which is set to a semicolon(;) by default. I have changed it to an unused char and the query ran normally.
