ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE is one of several MySQL-specific things used by WP. Best I’m aware there is no equivalent in SQL-Server. You’ll get a syntax error no matter unless you regexp_replace() every query sent to the DB server in order to rewrite the SQL as needed for your specific engine.

You can determine that with wordpress’ get_current_screen() function. It will not return just a page name though, it will give you an object containing a bunch of different data on what screen you’re on.
The problem was in .htaccess. There was an old global .htaccess file (from the old website) besides the wordpress one which was hidden on the sever (by admins of the hosting company) which rewrite rules harmed the ones in wordpress. I actually had to contact the admins and ask them to remove those rewrite rules.

You’re going to have to use the filters for each post type anyway. If you plan to leverage a bunch of dynamic filters that all call for all 7 post type slugs you could stick them in an array and loop through the filters with a foreach. Saves a little bit of code at least. … Read more

I think you’e are only registering it with: $scripts->add( ‘user-profile-validator’, …) but not enqueueing it. Check e.g. how wp_register_script() is a wrapper for the WP_Scripts::add() method.
