My issue simply came as a result of not knowing that wp_head() needed to be included in header.php for the enqueued scripts to actually load on the site.
This has nothing to do with WordPress, but it looks like you are not clearing your floats after each post. I can’t test it, because I have only images, but I’d say you need .post-box {clear:both;}
If you check out the browser’s console, you can see that several stylesheets are not loading.
