I was finally able to get this problem solved by changing the upload path of both the sites to the path where the images used to be uploaded before multisite was installed. The installation of multisite had changed the upload path to a path that wasn’t accessible. Hence, I reverted it to the old one. … Read more

Customers have nothing to do with SPF and DKIM records of your website. If there are any SPF and DKIM records that require an update, you should be doing it in your cPanel->Zone Editor or DNS setting in the CDN. If you are not sure, contact your hosting company to help you with that.
