I’m not sure why but you have form tag inside a form tag.. and chrome is making it as one… view source and look for <form class="cart" method="post" enctype="multipart/form-data"> and <form class="variations_form cart" method="post"

<form class="variations_form cart" method="post" was removed by the browser which is the one needed by woocommerce.
