I´ve found my own answer for this problem, I’ve edited my /site-avaiable/default/, added Alias /webdav “/var/www/webdav” And I’ve moved my folder to /var/www/webdav/, now its working when I try to access it by using http://10.0.0.36/webdav.
This turned out to be an issue between a php.ini file in my wordpress installation and the system’s php.ini file. WordPress will use the one in its directory and ignore everything in the system php.ini file. Deleting the wordpress php.ini file fixed the issue.
After copying WordPress files in the DocumentRoot of Apache server. I found that URLs where rendered as wordpress/qwe. So I removed all the files in DocumentRoot and installed WordPress again. I fixed it. It actually wasn’t anything with the server permissions. It was PICNIC – the magical “wp-config” tweaks I put in – I put in an incorrect path to the uploads folder. Fix, tweak, done.
I discovered it was a problem with file permissions. This article on Smashing Magazine is helpful to understand how to set up correct permissions.

Turns out the file was the problem, as @TheDeadMedic suspected. The permissions were 640. After changing them to 644, the problem was solved! Thanks for the help.
