You seem to have an unexpected “https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/” character here .../>%5$s</option> so the “option” tag is:
<option ... />Collection</option>
instad of
<option ... >Collection</option>
I am not sure if this causes a problem but i think it is worth checking :).
