you must be using old version of wget i had same issue. i was using wget 1.12.so to solve this issue there are 2 way: Update wget or use curl
These are the steps which solved my problem: Search the path where my java was installed find / -name jre Move to java directory (where jre was installed on my server) cd /path/to/jre/bin Create SSL certificate with keytool command ./keytool -genkey -alias [mypassword] -keyalg [RSA]
More easy solution for centos 6/7. Remove ca and reinstall certificate. Problem that if you just only reinstall certs. This will dont replace ca-bundle. Leave it new with .rpmnew name.
I am supplied with a jks keystore named ABCC_client.store. When I import this keystore to cacerts and try connecting it says No such Algorithm error. This was totally my bad. I was using standard node http.request on a part of the code which should be sending requests to only http adresses. Seems like the db had a single https address which was queried with a random interval. Simply, I was trying to send a http request to https.
