Why Do Pages Always Work Aa Expected When Logged Into The Dashboard?

We really need a lot more detail,
Are you doing the changes in a visual editor?
What theme / plugins are you using?
Have you tried a standard theme and turning off all plugins?

Start by loading the page in an incognito window or a different browser, also check out your error log in:

WP
PHP
& even look to see if anything is showing up in the browser console

It may also be helpful to post a link to your site
