What happening is that WP is searching for a category rather your post. So the category rewrites come before post rewrites and that is making the WP confused. For more info about the rewrites, I can point you to an excellent article here

They are getting called in the Open Graph (OG) tags. Please check any plugin that is generating those or remove them if they are hard-coded.

Well, I don’t think there’s a default page or template that lists all tags so you’d have to create one. Did you try creating a page with a “tags” slug and assigning it a template ?
