You have a rule in your .htaccess that prevents access to your images for anyone sending your domain as referer. Disable the referer on your site, and all images will show up. Remove that rule. Most likely “Search RegEx” triggered a filter/action that “Add Linked Images…” was attached to, which caused the import.
You can do that within the loop using wp_get_attachment_image.
